Business meetings and conferences of all sizes are frequently held in hotel rooms and conference rooms.  Often, these meetings involve the discussion of sensitive topics.  There is no way to know if a party who previously rented the room had some type of intelligence gathering device installed, nor can you be certain that staff have not allowed access to the space by a competitor prior to your arrival.

Northport Security can examine hotel rooms and conference rooms prior to your meetings or overnight stays and ensure that your privacy is maintained.  It is highly recommended that after an examination is performed, a trusted individual is stationed inside the room to maintain the integrity of the sweep. We can also provide live monitoring of a meeting if you are concerned that one of the participants might bring in a transmitter of some type and activate it during the meeting.
